1. Account Executive

Job Duties

■ Provide innovative and creative digital business solutions to our clients
■ Review and enhance the digital capabilities for our clients, while identifying ways to grow revenue
■ Responsible for daily project management and coordinate business activities; act as a key person between client, multi-function teams and internal work counterparts
■ Work closely with vendors and internal teams to plan, develop and execute digital projects
■ Ensure committed timelines are met with high-quality deliverables (e.g. project plan, wireframe, prototype, user flow, requirement specification document, end-product) throughout the project implementation process
■ Assist team members in social media, contents promotion, market research and other daily operations

Requirements

■ University graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in a digital/technology role
■ Passion for technology and innovation
■ Client-centric with strong planning, leadership and project management skills
■ Good team player, creative thinker with sound judgement and problem-solving skills
■ Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (verbal and written)

2. Accountant

Job Duties

■ Handles full set of accounts of the Group
■ Handles payments and petty cash
■ Handles intercompany transaction reconciliation, ensure timely settlement and bridge to resolve the variance within the Group
■ Handles month-end closing, and year-end closing, including journal entries preparation, accounts reconciliation, prepare financial statements for manager review, etc.
■ Performs analytical review and budget forecast
■ Ensure the timely submission of financial reporting and proactively to communicate with the team
■ Liaison with all related parties regarding Finance & Accounting follow-up in a professional manner
■ Complies and follow internal control policies
■ Prepare statutory audit and tax filing with professional firms and tax consultants
■ Assists in company global projects
■ Performs ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

■ University graduate in Accounting, Finance or relating discipline.
■ At least 5 years’ work experience in accounting
■ Proficient in MS Office
■ Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and professional manner
■ Ability to meet deadlines
■ Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
■ Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
■ Immediate availability is preferred

3. Business Development Manager

Job Duties

■ Strategize, identify and establish new business opportunities to achieve the company’s quarterly and annual sales goals
■ Translate the client’s needs to customize digital solutions; build compelling value propositions maximizing the company’s various digital product and service offerings
■ Partner with Account Servicing team to grow revenue from existing clients
■ Review internal business processes (pitching, preparing proposals, etc) and find innovative ways to improve
■ Understand the dynamics of the new media industry by identifying key priorities and risks when evaluating business opportunities
■ Work closely with project management, content development, marketing, IT and other business units of the group to ensure timely delivery of projects

Requirements

■ Over 5 years of Business Development or consultative sales experience with a strong track record of achieving revenue and business growth
■ Digital agency / digital media background preferred
■ Sound technical knowledge in digital domains and an understanding of digital development project management are highly desirable
■ Passion for digital transformation
■ Consultative and client-centric
■ Strong judgement, negotiation and presentation skills (verbal and written)
■ Strong self-management with start-up spirit and a good team player

4.  Internship

New Digital Noise internship program is ideal for someone who is interest or even passionate about developing her career in digital marketing after graduation. This internship will provide exposure to various aspects in digital marketing include but not limited to contents marketing, market research and productions. Candidates will be learning massively inside a well-established digital agency in Hong Kong.

A. Intern for Account Servicing Team

Job Duties

■ Work with team members to develop + understand digital marketing strategies that will meet client objectives
■ Assist team members in social media, contents promotion, market research and other daily operations

Requirements

■ Current enrollment in a related Bachelor or Masters in Marketing, Advertising, Communications is required
■ Out-going and presentable, with “Can-do” spirit
■ Proficiency in both Chinese and English
■ Minimum working days per month: 6 days (except examination period)

B. Intern for Content Team

Job Duties

■ Work with Content Editors to develop and execute contents marketing in various social media platforms include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Wechat

Requirements

■ Current enrollment in a related Bachelor or Masters in Journalism and Communications is required
■ Proficiency in written Chinese and English
■ With IELTS 7.0 and above is a plus
■ Minimum working days per month: 6 days (except examination period)
