Fujifilm Instax faced difficulties to engage with fans and sustain long-term brand awareness on social media.

Solution

By thorough customer investigation, we identified an engaging segment and target the hipster (文青) audience. We experimented a wide range of photography angles and styles which fit the target audience’s taste best. One example was creating a series of appealing “Photo of Photo” posts, covering stories about our city, life and travel…etc. The “5 seconds rule” was used as the backbone for every visual element, which aimed at driving engagement within a short time.
