Expedia would like to generate sales lead from Facebook content.
Solution
Re-identified target audience and created appealing and useful content for them. Every post has a related link to Expedia website. Adding ad-tracking to every hyperlink to evaluate on content direction based on sales-lead.
Examples of Work
From the insight generated by ad-tracking data, we found that the target audience were interested in Hello-Kitty related restaurants and products. Therefore, we created a series of tips for these girls, driving 300% higher sales leads for Expedia.
Video marketing was used as one of the effective ways to interact with audience. Together with appealing incentives, fans were actively sharing the new services and promotion offered from Expedia. The above is an example of launching the new Apple Watch App.
Results
From 69,088 fans in Apr, 2015 to 86,436 fans in Jul, 2015. Sales lead from Facebook content marketing as tracked by the hyperlink in each Facebook post.
